Booking

Apartments are booked from the Friday( check in time 4:00 PM) to Friday( checkout time 12:00 noon).
Person against whose name apartment is rented, should produce the original copy of NIC card or Passport at the time of arrival. Without the original proof of ID, apartment would not be handed over.
We do not allow subletting ( renting apartment to any party, without the owner consent). Therefore the customer should mention the names of the people who may stay in the apartment.

Payments

All payments are made in advance.
20% of the payment is required to reserve the apartment. This amount is non-refundable.
All payments must be in cash. Cross cheque are not entertained.

Change in Dates

Change in dates of stay is subject to availability, and will require 50% payment in advance (non-refundable).
Change in dates of stay is allowed only time.

Security Deposit

Security amount is refundable, however in case of damage to the owner's property, we may recover the loss against the security amount deposited.

Other Terms of Service

We only provide rental services, other services (e.g. breakfast, meal ) are not entertained by us.
Arms, drugs and alcohol is not allowed in the apartment.
Gas charges are to be paid by the tenant. These charges will be deducted at the end of stay.
Electricity charges are waived for @ 50 units/week. Customer should pay additional charges if the consumption is more than above mentioned amount. Meter Reading on Arrival Date is

The owner my cancel the rental agreement at any time if the above mentioned points are not followed, or the customer provides false information.
