• Apartments are booked from the Friday( check in time 4:00 PM) to Friday( checkout time 12:00 noon).
• Person against whose name apartment is rented, should produce the original copy of NIC card or Passport at the time of arrival. Without the original proof of ID, apartment would not be handed over.
• We do not allow subletting ( renting apartment to any party, without the owner consent). Therefore the customer should mention the names of the people who may stay in the apartment.
• All payments are made in advance.
• We only provide rental services, other services (e.g. breakfast, meal ) are not entertained by us.
• Security amount is refundable, however in case of damage to the owner's property, we may recover the loss against the security amount deposited.
• Arms, drugs and alcohol is not allowed in the apartment.
• In case of cross cheque being dishonored, rental agreement would be cancelled immediately.
• The owner my cancel the rental agreement at any time if the above mentioned points are not followed, or the customer provides false information.
