Guidelines for online booking of an apartment

• Booking should be made for a minimum period of  7 days.
• All bookings expire in 24 hours, until their minimum payment is made.
• Apartments can be booked by paying 20% of the total amount ( Rent + Security). Security is refundable*.
• Apartment should be booked at least 7 days in advance.
• Online booking of an apartment is not available for duration of more than 3 months. Please contact the administrator for booking apartments for longer duration.
• Apartments are always booked From Friday ( Check IN Time 4:00 PM) to Friday (Check OUT Time 12:00 Noon). If you choose any other day than Friday as your start date, your start date would automatically be shifted to the first Friday after that date.
• Discount of 20% is given if the duration of stay is more than 3 weeks.
• Discount of 30% is given if the duration of stay is more tha 7 weeks.
• Discount of additional 10% is given is apartment is booked 59 days before the Start Date of stay.

*In case of any damage, cost of that damage would be incurred through security.
